This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the Internet store “dobro.style”, located at<\/span> https:\/\/new.dobro.style,<\/span> can receive about the User while using the Internet store’s website , programs and products of the Internet store.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. DEFINITION OF TERMS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” is a mandatory requirement for compliance by the Administrator or another person who has access to personal data to prevent their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of another legal basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.1.5. “User of the Internet store website <\/span>https:\/\/<\/span>dobro.style” \u2013 a person who has access to the Site through the Internet and uses the Site of the online store.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.1.6. “IP address” is a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2.1. The User’s use of the Internet store’s website means consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User’s personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

      2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Internet store site.<\/span><\/p>\n

      2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Internet store website <\/span>https:\/\/new.dobro.style<\/span>. The online store does not control and is not responsible for the websites of third parties to which the User can go through the links available on the online store’s website.<\/span><\/p>\n

      2.4. The site administration does not verify the veracity of personal data provided by the User of the Internet store site.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. SUBJECT OF PRIVACY POLICY<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of the website of the online store to ensure non-disclosure and protection of the confidentiality of personal data, which the User provides at the request of the Administration of the website when registering on the website of the online store or when placing an order for the purchase of Goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.2. Personal data authorized for processing within the framework of this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the website of the online store <\/span>https:\/\/new.dobro.style<\/span> in the registration section and include the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n

        information about the browser (or other program that provides access to the display of advertising);<\/span><\/p>\n

        the address of the page on which the advertising block is located;<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.3.1. The online store collects statistics about the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems, to control the legality of financial payments.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, used browsers and operating systems, etc.) is subject to reliable storage and non-distribution, except for the cases provided for in p. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. PURPOSES OF COLLECTION OF USER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          4.1. The administration of the website of the online store can use the user’s personal data for the purposes of:<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the website of the online store for the purpose of placing an order and (or) concluding a contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely with the online store <\/span>https:\/\/<\/span>dobro.style.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized resources of the Online Store Site.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including the direction of notifications, requests, regarding the use of the Online Store Site, rendering of services, processing of requests and applications from the User.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.1.4. Determining the location of the User to ensure safety and prevent fraud.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.1.5. Confirmation of the authenticity and completeness of personal data provided by the User.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.1.6. Creation of an account for making purchases, if the User has given his consent to the creation of an account.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.1.7. Notifications to the User of the Online Store Site about the status of the Order.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.1.8. Processing and receipt of payments, confirmation of tax or tax benefits by the User.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.1.9. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in the event of problems related to the use of the Online Store Site.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.1.10. Providing the User with his consent, updated products, special offers, price information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Internet store or on behalf of the partners of the Internet store.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.1.11. Advertising activity with the consent of the User.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.1.12. Providing the User with access to sites or services of Internet store partners for the purpose of obtaining products, updates and services.<\/span><\/p>\n

          1. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            5.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without a time limit, in any legal way, including in information systems of personal data with or without the use of automation tools.<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.2. The User agrees that the Administration of the site has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on the Website of the online store <\/span>https:\/\/dobro<\/span>.style, including delivery of the Goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.3. Personal data of the User may be transferred to the authorized bodies of the state power of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the order established by the legislation of Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.5. The site administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from illegal or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.6. The site administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

            1. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              6.1. The user must:<\/span><\/p>\n

              6.1.1. Will provide information about personal data necessary for using the website of the online store <\/span>https:\/\/<\/span>dobro.style.<\/span><\/p>\n

              6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes to this information.<\/span><\/p>\n

              6.2. The site administration is obliged to:<\/span><\/p>\n

              6.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

              6.2.2. It will ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, will not be disclosed without the prior written permission of the User, and will not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User, with the exception of p. 5.2. and 5.3. this Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

              6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this type of information in the current business environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

              6.2.4. It will block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of the User’s or his legal representative’s or the authorized body’s protection of the rights of the subjects of personal data for the verification period, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or illegal actions.<\/span><\/p>\n

              1. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                7.1. The administration of the site, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is responsible for the losses incurred by the User due to the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, with the exception of the cases provided for in p. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. this Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

                7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this Confidential Information:<\/span><\/p>\n

                7.2.1. Became public domain until its loss or disclosure.<\/span><\/p>\n

                7.2.2. It was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.<\/span><\/p>\n

                7.2.3. It was published with the consent of the User.<\/span><\/p>\n

                1. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  8.1. Before filing a claim in court for disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the Internet store site and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).<\/span><\/p>\n

                  8.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the day of receipt of the claim, notifies the applicant of the claim in writing about the results of the consideration of the claim.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  8.4. The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  1. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    9.1. The site administration reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    9.2. The new Privacy Policy enters into force from the moment of its posting on the website of the online store, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    9.3.
